I have been a close friend with James David for 45 years and I will miss seeing and talking to him greatly. We didn't always agree but we always listened to the others point of view, and we always seemed to come to an agreement. We never owed one another an apology and never had an argument. He was one of the kindness and most giving people that I have ever known. His funeral was beautiful and the preacher, who also knew him well, was amazing. I know that the only way I will see him again is if I am lucky enough to make the cut for heaven.

Oh Meda! We don't have the words to express our heartfelt sorrow. We know the family has been and will continue to be a great comfort and support to you. We hope to see you soon and express our regret in person. Mom called to tell me about Jim and she told me that Jim was one of her all-time favorite people and that she enjoyed so much spending time with him. Please take care of you! We'll continue to remember you and yours in our prayers - Love Cheryl and Chuck
