Mema, it's so hard to believe you're not physically here with us anymore. Thank you for being such an amazing roll model! I am so glad I had the privilege of being your Granddaughter. Thank you for teaching me to put God first. I'm going to miss you so much, but I would never wish for you to come back. I love you!!! Until I see you again.
    Love,
    Your Sunshine!

We already miss Ms. Darlene since she hasn't been able to be at church lately. She was always so sweet, smiling, and loved hugs. But it is a blessing to know that she is with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, smiling and hugging Him. I'm sure she will be keeping an eye out for each of us when we join her.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. Mema was one of the sweetest and loving people I have ever met. She loved her family and friends but most importantly she loved Jesus. I am so sad knowing that I didn't get a chance to see her one more time. But I know I will see her again one day when I am called home. Mema was loved by so many including myself. I am blessed to have known her and be part of her extended family. God bless the Sterrette (and Mrs. Dede Chandler and Tonia Chandler Gillette) family. I love y'all. Prayers and hugs.
