Linda Lee Swendson Seibert - a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, died Saturday morning, December 2, 2017 in a tragic house fire. Linda worked for many years alongside her beloved father and brother in their family business, S&S Tile and Carpet. She was a devoted daughter, mother and grandmother. She loved Mardi Gras and was a longtime member of the Neptune’s Daughters organization. Linda loved the ocean and made the beach her 2nd home. Many wonderful memories have been made at her home on Dauphin Island. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard Lee Swendson and Dorothy Lucille Ciphers Swendson; and her brothers, Michael Swendson and Fred Charles Swendson. She is survived by two children, Ashley French (Clint) Little and Jennifer Margueritte “Maggie” Holmes (Joseph Brooks); one sister, Tammy Swendson; six grandchildren, Carter Holmes (Madison Como), Lari Leigh-Ann Brooks, Ward Arnett, Miller Arnett, Brelan Brooks, and Camden Little; long time love Bobby Johnson; and many, many beloved friends who will miss her dearly. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 8, 2017 at 10:00 AM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 8:30 AM until service time. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
